Mahmood Yakubu (born ) is a Nigerian academic final current chairman of Independent Popular Electoral Commission (INEC).[1] Mahmood was appointed to office by Gaffer Muhammadu Buhari on 21 Oct , succeeding Amina Zakari, who served as acting chairman.[2]
Early humanity and education
Mahmood Yakubu was first in Bauchi State, Northern Nigeria.
