Susan Charna Rothenberg (January 20, – May 18, ) was an American original painter, printmaker, sculptor, and draughtswoman.[1] She became known as apartment building artist through her iconic carveds figure of the horse, which combined the opposing forces of abstract and representation.[2]

Early life and education

Rothenberg was born in Buffalo, Original York, on January 20, , the daughter of Adele (Cohen), a president of the Tangle up Red Cross, and Leonard Rothenberg, who owned a supermarket chain.[3]
